You may use this website to learn about the EGUM Standard, apply for certification, verify EGUM marks, and manage your certification account. You may not use this website to misrepresent your certification status, scrape content for commercial purposes, or interfere with site operations.
EGUM certification confirms that a business met the published EGUM Standard at the time of assessment. It is not a guarantee of future conduct, product quality, or business performance.
Certification is awarded based on evidence provided by the applicant and verified by EGUM. EGUM does not continuously monitor certified businesses between certification periods.
Businesses holding an active EGUM certification may display the EGUM mark on their website, communications, and materials, subject to the following:
EGUM reserves the right to suspend or revoke certification at any time where:
EGUM will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected business before or at the time of suspension or revocation.
Use of the EGUM name and mark is permitted only under the terms of an active certification agreement. Displaying the mark after expiry, use by uncertified businesses, or deliberate misrepresentation of certification status is a breach of these terms and may result in removal from the EGUM register.
EGUM certifies businesses against its published standard at a point in time. EGUM is not responsible for the conduct, products, services, or outcomes of any certified business after certification is awarded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EGUM's liability in connection with this website and its certification services is limited to direct losses only.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in the relevant jurisdiction.
